Arm Materials are the Strength-multiplier layer of Lift a Cube’s training setup. The official description says Chests roll rare Arm Materials for Strength multipliers. Current gameplay supports that description with a result screen that displays rarity and a multiplier, but a complete official material list and probability table were not available during this check.
Separate material from Arm speed
The equipped Arm and its material solve related but different problems. The Arm offer compares push-up time; the material result displays a Strength multiplier. Faster repetitions and stronger results can compound, but they should be measured separately when you change the setup.
Keep the same Arm when testing a material. Complete a fixed number of push-ups before and after. This makes the counter difference attributable to the multiplier rather than a simultaneous speed upgrade.
Read every result field
Pause when a Chest result appears. Read the material label if visible, rarity, Strength multiplier, next-roll Cash price, and the available action buttons. Compare the new multiplier with the currently equipped value before accepting a replacement.
Compare a new material safely
Record your current multiplier before opening a Chest. If the result is higher and clearly applies to the intended Arm slot, accept it through the labeled in-game action. Return to training and verify the counter over a short sample.
If the new result is lower, unclear, or would consume Cash needed for a guaranteed Arm upgrade, stop. A rare-looking label is not a reason to discard a better measured setup.
Set a roll budget
Decide the maximum Cash you will spend before seeing the first result. Tie that amount to reliable Cube circuits, not to frustration. A fixed budget prevents repeated “one more” decisions from consuming an entire Arm goal.
The Material Rolls guide compares stop conditions. If you still need to locate the interaction, use Chest Locations.
Translate the budget into time before spending. If one reliable Cube circuit takes several minutes, even a modest-looking reroll price can represent a large training interruption. Decide whether that same time would produce a guaranteed Arm-speed improvement or enough direct Strength to clear the next Cube. Compare complete routes, not only the numbers shown on two buttons.
If you receive a clear improvement on the first attempt, stop and test it. Continuing immediately can replace a useful gain before you have measured its effect. A result does not need to be the theoretical maximum to move the current progression goal forward.
Verify the equipped effect
After keeping a material, inspect any equipped or active indicator that the current build provides. Then use the same Arm and complete the same push-up sample. A higher Strength change confirms the practical effect better than rarity color alone.
If no change appears, check whether the result was purchased, kept, or merely previewed. Reopen the relevant station if possible. Rejoin once if the server is delayed, but do not pay again until you know what happened.
Why there is no invented tier list
The official experience page explains the material purpose but does not list every name, rarity, multiplier, probability, or roll price. One walkthrough result cannot establish the full table. Those values can also be changed by live balance updates.
A responsible catalog needs readable results across the correct Place ID, current build, and repeated rolls. Until that evidence exists, use the live comparison fields rather than a fabricated ranking.
Evidence note
Chest-sourced Arm Materials and Strength multipliers are first-party confirmed. Rarity, multiplier, price, and result actions are community-observed in a current walkthrough checked September 11, 2026. Exact material names, rates, and full outcome tables remain pending direct in-game confirmation.
