This Arms list records the equipment states that can be verified in current Lift a Cube gameplay and gives you the fields needed to identify each live item. A complete official named Arm catalog was not available during this check, and labels in the reviewed footage were not consistently readable. Rather than invent names, the cards below separate confirmed functions from details you must read at your own pedestal.
Filter the current catalog
Current setup
Starter equipped Arms
Function: provides the baseline push-up time when a new session begins.
Compare: record ten push-ups and the current time shown at the next offer.
Evidence: starter training and visible Arms are community-observed; the permanent item name is not verified.
Next offer
Stronger Arms upgrade
Function: offers a faster displayed push-up time for Cash.
Compare: old time, new time, Cash cost, and expected repetitions.
Evidence: offer layout is community-observed; read the current name and numbers live.
Inventory state
Owned Arms
Function: previously acquired choices available at an Arm pedestal or equipment area.
Compare: item label, displayed time, and whether a material remains attached.
Evidence: equip pedestals are visible in current gameplay; full inventory rules need live confirmation.
Active state
Equipped Arms
Function: the active pair used for the current push-up speed.
Compare: equipped indicator and measured training pace.
Evidence: community footage shows an equip interaction; verify the live active-state wording.
Later progression
Later stronger Arms
Function: continues the official promise of faster push-ups through better Arms.
Compare: the same time, price, ownership, and equipment fields.
Evidence: progression function is first-party; exact count, order, names, and stats are not verified.
Read a live Arm entry
Stand close enough for the full offer to render. Write down the item name exactly as displayed, including spaces and capitalization. Record the current and offered push-up times, the Cash price, and the button state. After buying, record whether the stand changes to Owned or Equipped and whether a separate equip action is required.
Those six fields turn an anonymous card above into a reliable named entry. A screenshot should include the item name and the relevant comparison in the same frame when possible. Do not infer a name from color or muscular appearance.
Compare speed fairly
Complete a fixed set of push-ups with the current Arm. Equip the new one, keep the same material, and repeat the set. This isolates speed. If you also change a material, the Strength result may improve for a second reason and the comparison becomes harder to explain.
The live offer’s old-to-new time is the quickest decision field, but an actual training sample confirms the purchase and equipment state. See Push-ups for the short measurement routine.
Estimate the cost of an upgrade
Divide the displayed Cash price by the Cash earned from one reliable Cube circuit to estimate the number of circuits. Then include the route time. A later Arm can be better on paper yet too distant to be the best immediate goal.
Keep a reserve if you plan to use a Chest. Chest rolls and Arms can compete for Cash, so decide the next guaranteed improvement before opening a result screen. The Arm Upgrades guide covers this tradeoff.
Why exact names are pending
The official experience description explains the Arm function but publishes no named catalog. The available current walkthrough shows offers and equip pedestals, yet not every label is readable enough for a responsible transcription. Similar games use many generic Arm names, so borrowing their lists would create false entries.
This page will support exact names once they are directly readable in the correct Place ID and current build. Until then, the catalog is deliberately organized by verifiable state and decision field.
Avoid mixed-game lists
Reject lists that use currencies, pets, weapons, rebirth systems, or crafting terms not shown in Lift a Cube’s official description or current interface. Match Place ID 109530157755211 and creator Freaky Strong! before trusting footage.
Treat exact prices and speed values as dated observations. Even a genuine screenshot can become stale after a balance update. Always let the current pedestal override an old chart.
Evidence note
Better Arms making push-ups faster is first-party confirmed. A Cash-priced offer, old-to-new time comparison, and equip pedestals are community-observed in gameplay checked September 11, 2026. Exact item names, total count, order, and stats remain unconfirmed until a readable current in-game catalog is captured.
